The Organised Business was founded by William Wood in 2014 when he launched his first book “The Organised Business”.  However, he soon realised that some business owners had a need for a more structured and personal approach to implementing his methodologies outlined in the book.

The Organised Business Limited is now an advisory and support service.  Giving small business owners training, guidance and support through either one to one coaching or personal development programmes – Foundations and Foundations plus.  The company is also able to offer independent consultancy to help solve problems.

We are committed to helping small business owners grow their businesses, making the business scalable and saleable and ultimately improving their lives so that they can spend more time working on their business rather than working in it.

William is a Chartered Accountant, business adviser and author.  He is the Founder of The Organised Business Limited and Accsys Accountants.

“My earliest childhood memory involves helping my father in his business and I have been hooked ever since. I love how business works, in particular how all the seemingly endless variables come together to make a business that is profitable. I am fascinated by what makes one business profitable and successful and another not so.

I am a Chartered Accountant and Small Business Owner. In many ways I have the best day job because I get to work in and for so many different types of businesses. Whilst working with these businesses I get to see what works and what doesn’t work and over the last 15 years I have learnt so much.

I am not what is considered to be an “ordinary” accountant and I thrive developing and implementing countless solutions to real problems that our clients face, bringing to them a wealth of knowledge and experience”

Marisa Bussey

Marisa is an HR professional with 15 years’ experience.  She is a trained business improvement facilitator with experience in Lean Techniques (5S, Kaizen and 6 sigma)
