During this 1 day training course, we will explain financial terms, giving you the knowledge to understand profit and loss, balance sheets, ratios and other accounting terminology. We will give you the tools to be able to assess your pricing methods and tips to manage your cash flow.

- Identify A list of measurable and relevant Key Performance Indicators for your business
